CoolSculpting targets stubborn pockets of fat that won’t go away, no matter how much exercise and dieting you employ,  think love handles, belly paunch, inner thighs, bingo wings or double chin. This non-surgical procedure uses applicator to draw in your skin and fat while a cooling mechanism freezes it, destroying fat cells below the surface of the skin.

Advanced Chemical Peels

Chemical peels are used to remove dead skin cells, improve tone & texture, minimise the open pores and stimulate the growth of new cells to name a few of the benefits from having this procedure .The aim of this procedure is to improve the appearance of the facial skin – for example, by reducing age spots and evening out skin tone. By removing old skin, new layers can grow in its place resulting in a brighter, clearer, more youthful looking complexion.Chemical peels vary in strength: superficial, medium and deep. Some can be performed during your lunch hour, while other stronger concentrations require a fair amount of recovery time. The stronger the peel, the more likely your skin is to look badly sunburned, blistered, and ultimately scab and peel. Chemical peels are very popular with people who want to reduce the appearance of deep wrinkles, sun damage and acne scarring.

Laser Skin Resurfacing/IPL

Laser resurfacing is a non-surgical cosmetic treatment to reduce facial wrinkles, uneven skin tone, scars or sun damage and create a more rejuvenated and youthful appearance. It uses short, concentrated pulsating laser beams to remove skin layer by layer. It fires tiny beams of light  in your skin in a controlled manner to  suit your required level of depth.  Laser resurfacing will remove your outer layer of skin, called the epidermis. It simultaneously heats the underlying skin, called the dermis. This action works to stimulate growth of new collagen fibres. As the treated area heals, the new skin that forms becomes smoother and a more radiant skin appears.

Laser Hair Reduction

Laser hair removal rates highly on the list of most popular procedures –Laser hair removal uses the latest technology to permanently reduce body and facial hair. Laser hair removal uses a short pulses laser that only targets the melanin in your hair follicle to gradually heat and damage it and prevent regrowth. Laser hair removal can selectively target unwanted hairs while leaving the surrounding skin undamaged so it can be used on all skin types. Laser hair removal is a cosmetic procedure that uses a powerful laser or 'intense pulsed light' (IPL) This light source heats and destroys hair follicles in the skin, which disrupts hair growth.Common areas to treat are the face, legs, arms, underarms and bikini line.

Line & Wrinkle Smoothing

Botox continues to take the lead in non-invasive cosmetic treatments. This injectable treatment relaxes facial muscles with a subtle yet effective result. Considering this quick, relatively painless procedure can be done during your lunch break, and make you look instantly refreshed and well-rested, it’s no wonder it’s so popular. Botulinum toxin injections, are used to help relax facial muscles. This makes lines and wrinkles, such as crow's feet and frown lines, less obvious.Botox continues to take the lead in non-invasive cosmetic treatments. This procedure can make you look instantly refreshed and well-rested, it’s no wonder it’s so popular.

They can be used for plumping parts of the face that have lost volume due to the ageing process or skin damage, including cheeks, nose to mouth lines, around the mouth and lips, forehead, mouth to chin lines, between the eyebrows, and acne scars. There are a selection of dermal filler products  better suited to different facial areas. Now you don’t have to go under the knife to lift sagging skin and smooth wrinkles. The fillers are made from a variety of materials and the effects are super amazing. This face sculpting procedure can last for up to two years.

Micro-Dermabrasion

Micro-dermabrasion is a cosmetic procedure that uses either fine crystals or a diamond tipped wand and a vacuum to remove dead skin cells on the face and neck. The aim is to reduce the effect of fine lines and minor skin blemishes. There are multiple benefits to the skin meaning microdermabrasion is the perfect solution for a number of skin concerns including fine lines and wrinkles, congested skin, and dull, tired looking skin. Microdermabrasion benefits include; deep exfoliation for clean, clear skin, improved skin tone, stimulates collagen and elastin production and speeds up cell renewal. Microdermabrasion for acne scarring is very effective, unblocking clogged pores, increasing blood flow to the area and promoting healing to remove pigmentation caused by spots. A number of microdermabrasion treatments will affect the results you achieve. It works on all skin types and shouldn't cause any skin colour changes or scarring.

Fat Dissolving Injections

Aqualyx is an injectable solution that works by breaking up fat deposits. Aqualyx injections can help to reshape and remodel fatty areas and is a safe non-surgical way to remove stubborn areas of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise .It can be used to treat areas such as the neck, arms, cheeks, inner thighs, buttocks and outer thighs. Belkyra is a product that contains deoxycholic acid — a naturally occurring substance in the body that absorbs fat cells. These injectable fat busters can combat chin fullness more rapidly and with less discomfort than previous procedures. CoolSculpting is also an excellent alternative as a fat freezing treatment to to rid the double chin forever.

Facial Tightening

Treatments like Ultherapy is a safe, non-surgical ultrasound treatment that counteracts the effects of time and gravity on your skin. Ultherapy uses the body's own regenerative response to gently and gradually lift skin on the eyebrow, under the chin and on the neck, and smooth lines and wrinkles on the décolletage. Thermage skin tightening treatment has little downtime with varying results. It strives to subtly take years off your face using radiofrequency energy that stimulates collagen production. While the procedure promises to be painless and with no recovery time, many people claim it can be quite painful and multiple sessions are typically required to see results.

Micro-needling

Microneedling works by stimulating the skin’s own recovery and healing processes, building collagen and boosting skin cell production for tighter, firmer skin. This means that this treatment is incredibly versatile and can be used for a range of purposes. Anti-ageing is a very popular application and works to boost the health of the skin, improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and producing a healthier complexion, it can also help with acne, pores, sun damage and even scarring or stretch marks. This treatment is a minimally invasive skin-rejuvenation procedure that involves the use of a device that contains fine needles. The needles are used to puncture the skin to create a controlled skin/micro injury’that prompts skin to stimulate the collagen production, filling in fine lines,  and plumping  the skin.

Thread Veins

Spider veins, also known as thread veins, are small, twisted blood vessels that appear in a spiderweb pattern through your skin often on your legs or face. They are similar to varicose veins but smaller and caused in the same way when a one-way valve in your vein, that help your blood flow back to your heart, stops working properly and your vein swells as blood flows the wrong way. Sclerotherapy is the most common treatment for spider veins. This non-surgical procedure involves injecting a special foam into your spider veins using a very fine needle . The foam causes your spider veins to scar and seals them closed.  Lasers and IPL can  also be used for thread vein removal on the face, body and legs.Laser treatments will remove fine and large thread veins quickly and effectively and two or three sessions is usually all that is needed to leave your skin feeling smooth and blemish-free. VeinWave is also a popular treatment and uses a tiny tip probe is placed over your individual spider veins. The vein is then heated using microwaves that cause your vein to collapse and be permanently destroyed.

Vaser Lipo

Vaser liposuction is one of our most asked about treatments. Vaser Liposuction is recommended for patients who have small areas of fat that they are struggling to loose despite the patients best efforts at dieting and exercise. Non-surgical liposuction is growing in popularity for its reduced downtime and non-invasive nature.  Vaser liposuction, which stands for "vibration amplification of sound energy at resonance," focuses on sculpting and toning specific areas of the body to create a more proportionate look. Vaser lipo works to eliminate small, stubborn areas of fat from areas such as the arms, bottom, chin,  hips and love handles. This procedure uses ultrasound technology to target fat cells. All the cells in our body vibrate naturally, and vaser lipo speeds up this process in a clever and safe way. A cannula is then inserted into the area to remove the broken down fat. This takes between one and three hours to complete (depending on how much fat needs to be removed and the area of the body) and is performed under local anaesthetic.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a broad term for a non-invasive cosmetic technique that involves multiple injections to tighten the skin, treat hair loss, minimise cellulite, and lighten pigmented skin, among others. Mesotherapy is one alternative to microneedling. Originally developed  in France to inject medicine into subcutaneous fat; it is now widely used for skin rejuvenation. Mesotherapy solutions can stimulate the fibroblast cell in the skin to produce more collagen to combat the signs of ageing. Amongst the list of skin-friendly ingredients injected are growth factors, peptides, antioxidants and trace elements that provide the ideal environment for healthy skin that copes with the ageing process better which are injected into the lower layers of the skin. Commonly, the most injected Mesotherapy treatment is a  hydrating hyaluronic acid  to  nourish, repair and rejuvenate the skin.

MicroBlading

Microblading is a tattooing technique in which a small handheld tool made of several tiny needles is used to add semi-permanent pigment to the skin. Microblading cuts into the skin in the area of your eyebrows and implants pigment into the cuts. The procedure involves hundreds of tiny strokes that build a texture. Microblading results can last 12-18 months, which is a big part of its appeal. Brow lamination is all the rage these days as this temporary, non-invasive alternative to microblading offers a great solution to brow concerns.

Clear and brilliant laser facial treatment

For minor skin imperfections like sun spots, dullness and large pores, this fractional laser treatment is very popular. The painless procedure is done quickly and there is hardly any downtime, other than some redness that could be mistaken for forgetting to wear your sunscreen. A laser wand is moved across your face to brighten skin tone and minimise pores.

Oxygen Facials

This treatment is more clinical than your average facial and its immediate results make it a hit with stars who need to get red carpet ready. The high tech compression machine pushes oxygen and other small-moleculed skincare products (like hyaluronic acid, vitamin treatments and botanicals) into the skin via a pressurised stream of air. While these treatments are not as pampering as an ordinary facial, they are said to bring balance back to the skin, lessen the appearance of fine lines, make tone brighter and plump the skin.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

A traditional rhinoplasty is painful, invasive and requires a lot of recovery time. A non-surgical nose job is performed using injectable fillers such as hyaluronic acid and Juvederm. Results are not permanent, though this popular nose job treatment is perfect for people who wish to smooth out bridge bumps or create nostril symmetry. Non-surgical nose jobs can’t reduce the size of the nose, so people who want smaller noses may not find this treatment worthwhile.

Carbon Laser Therapy

The Carbon Laser Facial  is one of the most advanced treatments for minor skin imperfections and promotes a smooth and glowing complexion. The process is non invasive and pain free. The laser treatment is suitable for all ages and can lighten age spots and dark spots, fade freckles, reduce wrinkles and fine lines, shrink pores, and remove blackheads and acne. It can also lift and tighten the skin, improve elasticity, moisturise and give a bright and radiant complexion. The face is coated with carbon nano-particles. Next the laser is used on the skin. The medical-graded laser allows the particles to penetrate deep into the pores. The heat from the laser acts and enables the carbon powder to be absorbed into the skin, stimulating the skin cells.

Thread Lift

Over time, changes to the shape of the face and its appearance occur due to age-related alterations in facial skin strength and elasticity together with fat, bone and cartilage loss. The Thread Lift Treatment is designed to treat the signs of ageing and promote the long-term collagen regeneration. The Thread Lift  procedure is a minimally invasive, rejuvenating treatment that uses specialised surgical threads to lift sagging skin, giving a tighter, more youthful appearance. Over time face thread lifts gradually stimulate collagen production to restore facial volume and smooth out deep lines and wrinkles. Most Thread Lifts are made from resorbable polylactic acid sutures, which dissolve to help stimulate your skin’s own collagen production. The threads are inserted under the skin using a needle, to elevate the the appearance of sagging tissue.

Mole, Cysts & Tag Removal

Whilst moles, cysts, skin tags and lesions are common skin conditions, they can be irritating and uncomfortable. Thanks to the latest techniques, they can be effectively removed from the face and body to restore the comfort and appearance of your skin. If you’re concerned or even embarrassed about moles, cysts or skin tags or lesions, A Dermatologist can carry out a simple procedure designed to remove them once and for all.

Laser Tattoo Removal

Laser tattoo removal is simple, safe, and produces fantastic results. Advanced laser technology is used to remove tattoos. The advanced technology works by allowing the light produced by the laser to pass through the skin and break up the tattoo ink into tiny particles. The body then disposes of these fragments via its immune system. The body then disposes of these fragments via its immune system. It usually takes several treatment sessions to ensure success, with minimum 6 week intervals between sessions.

Intravenous (IV) Nutritional Therapy (Vitamin Drips)

Intravenous or IV Nutritional Therapy delivers a controlled dose of  vitamins, minerals and other nutrients directly into your body intravenously or directly into your bloodstream through your vein. Many clinics use the Intravita, Reviv and Vitamin Drip brands. IV nutritional therapies are solutions for those with a feeling of being run-down, , as an anti-ageing aid, for immune system boosting, as a hydration cure for hangovers, for jet-lag or for those looking to achieve optimum sporting performance. The aim is that you will feel re-hydrated and have a restoration of optimum vitamin levels and improved energy will return.

Medical Micro-Pigmentation

Micropigmentation can be used for medical purpose to correct scarred or discoloured skin following an accident or surgery , such as the recreation of an areola (the brown area surrounding the nipple) following reconstructive surgery for breast cancer. Depending on the area being treated an anaesthetic cream may be applied prior, to help reduce any pain. A very fine needle is then used to place pigment into the skin at a very high speed via a small hand held electrical device. Micropigmentation can be compared to having a tattoo as the new pigment or colour is administered in the dermal layer of the skin, just below the surface.

Prescriptive Skin Products

With so many different brands of skin care products available  that claim they can improve skin tone, reduce wrinkles, or the appearance of age spots, etc. It's difficult to know which treatment is best for you. There are 2 prescription creams that  help with certain skin problems caused by ageing. (1)Tretinoin, made from Vitamin A, which is licensed for the treatment of sun damaged skin. Tretinoin  cream can improve some of the signs of sun damaged skin. The only adverse effects associated with this treatment are skin irritations and mild peeling. (2) Hydroquinone which is a skin bleaching agent can be an effective product for reducing the appearance of areas of pigmented skin if used under the proper guidance of a specialist. Both are available on private prescription only.

Scar Treatment

Common scars include raised, red scars known as keloid scars or atrophic scars where the scar tissue is sunken away from the level of the normal skin surrounding it. These are usually as a result of trauma or surgery. It is possible to both treat and aim to prevent the formation of scars using a number of different products (creams, gels and dressing like sheets) which are applied to the skin where a scar exists or may form, such as post cosmetic surgery procedures. Your cosmetic/Aesthetic provider will be able to provide you with the best recommended product such as kelocote scar gel.

Light Emitting Diodes (LED) for Acne & Skin Rejuvenation

The use of Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs), red, yellow and blue light sources for the treatment of acne and for skin rejuvenation. Treatments include: Dermalux™ Tri-wave LED Phototherapy is a non-invasive hand and facial treatment that uses narrow band, non-thermal LED light energy to trigger your body’s natural cell processes to accelerate rejuvenation and repair of the skin.  Omnilux is a range of devices that use Light Emitting Diode or LED light to treat a wide range of skin complaints. The range includes the Omnilux Revive2 for anti-ageing, the Omnilux Blue for acne and the Omnilux Plus for healing and remodelling the skin.

Sun Protection

In order to protect the skin from photodamage, dermatologists recommend daily use of a broad-spectrum UVA and UVB sunscreen with a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of at least 30 or a 5 star rating on products.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, also known as the 'Vampire Facelift'. This procedure works on the premise that the body’s own natural healing powers can reverse the ageing process; it’s a revolutionary repair system that places growth factors into the skin to repair and rejuvenate itself. The treatment involves harvesting platelets from the patient’s own blood. This is then placed in a centrifuge to spin down the blood which separates the red blood cells from the platelet rich plasma. Platelets contain a high content of “growth factors” – proteins that help to heal injured tissue or damaged skin. Upon re-injection the platelets release their growth factors to stimulate the repair, increasing volume and rejuvenating the skin.
